President and CEO
Meet Matthew
As President & CEO, Matthew is passionate about equipping and enabling the employees of Tridius with the resources and tools to accomplish its vision and mission.
Matthew has been in the information technology industry for close to thirty years and served in numerous leadership capacities, including CEO. Previously, Matthew was a member of the original launch team for Fandango.com and functioned as program manager navigating multiple stakeholder interests, including investors, theater chains, content suppliers, and the software development teams. Matthew also served as the CIO for one of the largest international private equity firms, where he was responsible for IT strategy, enterprise applications, and building a service delivery team. During challenging transitional periods for companies, Matthew has stepped in on an interim basis to fill the role of CIO, CTO, and CEO for technology, medical, financial, and commercial real estate companies.
Matthew has started three consulting and technology companies during his career, including an early-stage cloud services organization. He is well versed in funding, raising capital, buying and selling businesses in the small to mid-market space. While Matthew is well rounded in the world of business, his real delight is pointing and helping people see the vital necessity of a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Matthew has been married to his lovely wife, Amanda, for 27 years. They have three children John David, Jordan, and James. They reside in Murphy, Texas, where Matthew also serves as a bi-vocational pastor at Meadows Baptist Church. Matthew earned a BS in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute and is currently pursuing his Masters in Theological Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Matthew enjoys shallow water bay fishing for speckled trout and redfish on the Texas coast as time allows.
Chief Technology Officer
Meet David
David Clark, CTO, is passionate about technology and using technologies like automation, cloud systems, block chain, and machine learning to solve business problems. He previously worked for Microsoft Corporation for over 16 years in various roles, including Senior Architect and Chief Architect of Solution Development. He created a process for iterative design and co-developed the Iterative Solution Development process for Microsoft Services. He has contributed as an author to multiple books and technical guides, including the Solution Accelerator for Business Desktop Deployment, Scaling Active Directory with Commerce Server, Building Enterprise Active Directory Services, Windows 2000 Server Resource Kit, and Windows NT4 Server Resource Kit. During his 25-year career, he has publicly spoken as an authority on multiple subjects in cloud computing, enterprise software, and distributed systems to thousands of consultants, partners, and customers. David enjoys playing board games and soccer in his free time and traveling with his family on mission trips around the world.

EVP, Sales, and Strategy
Meet Kevin
Kevin Wheat, a former United States Marine, entered the technology consulting and solution integrator business in January of 2000 and had served in sales, sales engineering, sales management, and executive sales leadership roles.
Grateful for the time he spent with SBC Communications, Calence, Insight and Netera Networks, Kevin was part of teams at Calence and Netera that were instrumental in hyper-growth that lead those companies to successful acquisitions.
Possessing a proven track record of exceeding revenue and profitability goals as a people-oriented professional executive, Kevin is experienced in building and leading business development, inside sales, outside sales and marketing teams. With a strong focus on sales culture, strategy and leadership, this translates to helping organizations plan and take ownership of all sales outcomes, drive revenue and profitability growth, implement effective performance management, in addition to brand development and awareness.
Kevin married his wife Jessica in July 1999 and they have been blessed with three daughters, Avery, Emma, and Eliana. He enjoys spending time with Jesus, his family, reading and an active lifestyle.
VP Service Delivery
Meet Chris
As the VP of Service Delivery for Tridius, Chris leads a team of IT professionals focused on delivering timely and quality solutions. He has an extreme interest in transparency and making sure that the customer is ecstatic with the results.
Chris has extensive experience creatively thinking about how to solve complex business problems. Before Tridius, he worked with a consulting firm in Dallas where he led customers through a redesign of their entire virtualization platform, select and deploy a mobile workforce management solution, and managed day-to-day technical operations. For the past 20 years, Chris has worked on providing similar solutions to customers with a focus on improving efficiency and enhancing visibility into critical areas of the business. Whether the company is in hospitality, manufacturing, or entertainment, Chris wants to understand what makes the business tick to ensure the right solution is implemented.
Chris and his wife Jennifer married in late 2000 and moved to East Dallas where they live with their three children, Mikayla, Kellen, and Reese. They spend most of their time volunteering at St Patrick Catholic Church, one of the kid’s schools, or working in their yard.
Infrastructure Architect
Meet James
James Bernhard has more than 18 years of IT experience designing, implementing and supporting highly available and performing Infrastructure Solutions ranging from Fortune 1000 to Fortune 50 companies. Previously, James spent time at GTE/Verizon serving the Healthcare commercial sector as a senior IT member. As well he spent significant time at SourceCorp helping to integrate numerous acquisitions. James is very grateful for his time at Study Island helping lead the IT side of the business during its IPO and Sarbanes Oxley process.
James has been married to his supportive and loving wife Andrea for three years. They have one son James Jr., and a daughter Charlotte. They reside in Hickory Creek, Texas and James is a multiple generation native Texan which he never fails to mention. James attended Lewisville High School then onto Northwood University studying MIS then finally at The University of Texas at Austin studying Computer Science. In his spare time, James enjoys cooking for his family and friends and trying to go fishing, with less success catching.
Principal Analyst
Meet Scott
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University with two fields of specialization: Accounting and Computer Information Systems. He began his professional career as an auditor for the international accounting firm Price Waterhouse (now known as PwC) for 3.5 years, and he holds an active CPA certificate.
Scott brings over 25 years of professional accounting and data analysis experience, having held senior-level financial, accounting, and analysis positions at public, private, domestic, and international organizations, including Pepsi-Cola, SkyMall, and JDA Software.
Scott specializes in business intelligence, data analytics, and integration of financial reporting systems. I’m proficient in data modeling using T-SQL, Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and M. He has many years of experience with multiple general ledger systems, ERP systems, and BI platforms, with advanced Excel skills (VBA, Power Pivot, etc.).
Scott enjoys helping businesses solve problems and improve profitability. He is married with one child and in his free time enjoys sports, computers, and reading.
